Viable System Model
Sadly, your list of books on systems & cybernetics seems to have missed out all the texts on the Viable System Model, including most of Beer's work, and its continuation under Espejo. Since the VSM offers a well developed, and tried methodology for modelling organisations as complex adaptive systems, which is one thing that complexity theorists claim to be striving for, I would have thought that information on VSM would have been of particular interest to your readers.
