When interdimensional aspects of access to gateways open and transference from point a to point b is achieved by the assisstance of an external stimuli then you have access to control over all things both past or present or future if need be but as of now I am only concerned with present needs and global change not based on primitive arms though not so primitive in real dangers posed.
