Someone recommended this web site to me, and I tried to find
the list of previous newsletters. I found an archive of
mailing list discussions, but no archive of newsletters.
Since the newsletters are the primary form of publication
of this group, the collection of previous newsletters should
be highlighted on the web site. If they exist somewhere,
please put a large highlighted sign on the home page to
let people know where they exist.

No, the archive of newsletter is not the most important means of publication of the Principia Cybernetica Project. Newsletters merely list some recent events and give pointers to the latest pages added to the website. It are these pages that are the main results of the project. They can be consulted in various ways, using the table of contents, alphabetical index or chronological list of recent changes: see the navigation page.
