ANNOTATION:
Good idea, but it maybe be better if...
firstly, i think the data of conceptual graph for navigating should be from the database. Maybe it should be a Java Applet, which get the data from a Java Servlet on the server-side.
Secondly, i wonder that how the XML and RDF is applied this project.

I'm not a programmer, but I'm very interested in the idea of the "global brain". I want to develop a software which will simplify the management of the R&D process. the software will take the advatage of the CPC achievements. I need some help about the advanced programing and maths. would you help me in that field?
