ANNOTATION: These are some proofs!
(sura II: 164) Behold! In the creation
Of the heavens and the earth,
In the alteration
Of the Night and the Day,
In the sailing of the ships
Through the Ocean
For the profit of mankind,
In the rain which GOD
Sends down from the skies,
And the life which He gives therewith
To an earth that is dead,
In the beasts of all kinds
That He scatters
Through the earth,
In the change of the winds,
And the clouds which they
Trail like their slaves
Between the sky and the earth,-
(Here) indeed are Signs
For a people that are wise.
(sura II: 118) Say to those without knowledge:
"Why speaketh not GOD
Unto us? Or why cometh not
Unto us a Sign?"
So said the people before them
Words of similar import.
The hearts are alike.
We have indeed made clear
The Signs unto any people
Who hold firmly
To Faith (in their hearts).
(sura VI: 124) When there comes to them
A Sign (from GOD),
They say "We shall not
Belive until we receive
One (exsactly) like those
Received by GOD's apostles."
GOD knoweth bestwhere
(and how) to carry out
His mission. Soon
Will the wicked
Be overtaken by
Humiliation before GOD,
And a severe punishment,
For all their plots.
(sura xxxv:41) It is GOD Who sustains
The heavens and the earth,
Lest they cease (to function):
And if they should fail,
There is none--not one--
Can sustain them thereafter:
Verily He is the Most Forbearing,
Oft-Forgiving.
(sura II:62) Those who belive (in the Qur'an)
And those who follow the Jewish (scriptures),
And the Christians and the Sabians, --
Any who believe in GOD
And the Last Day,
And work righteousness,
Shall have their Reward
With their Lord: on them
Shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve."
(sura II:111,112) And they say: "None
Shall enter Paradise unless
He be a Jew or a Christian."
Those are their(vain) desires.
Say: "Produce your proof
If ye are truthful."
Nay,-whoever submits
His whole self to GOD
And is a doer of good,-
He will get his reward
With his Lord,
On such shall be no fear,
Nor shall they grieve.
(sura LXXI:13-16) "'What is the matter
With you, that ye
Place not your hope
For kindness and long-suffering
In GOD,--
"'Seeing that it is He
That has created you
In diverse stages?
"'See ye not
How GOD has created
The seven heavens
One above another,
"'And made the moon
A light in their midst,
And made the sun
As a (Glorious)Lamp?'"
Also somewhere in the Qur'an is a question to any aethist,
If GOD did not create you then who did?
Where did you come from?
Did you create your selves?
Something like this showing the obvious paradox of denail.
There really is too much to put here,
but know that I believe that this life is for the strengthning of our free will a gift that puts us above GOD's creation that have none. We as is all of creation are made for the praise of GOD, the more you conquer in life, the more crap you go through and remain devotted to GOD, the better it is for you.
How can this life be benefical if GOD was known and was ever-present to us?
Salam

Simply put, God does not exist. He is the manifestation of several ancient cultures' inability to explain their own existence. He survives today only by manipulations (made by the church itself) of his own meaning. The theory of God spread only to fools who had no other theory to contradict it. For some it was forced upon them by missionaries. This still goes on today, where people have to "save" everyone else. Well, they've got their own false beliefs so leave em alone. There is of course no true evidence whatsoever in the universe to support God. Only faith (it comes as no surprise that this is above all else valued by his followers, they have nothing else to rely on). Any modernized religion has changed its own beliefs in any way possible to suit current times. Constant new evidence and theories that contradict it force it to change. If these were true and known to God, why the hell couldn't he tell us the right things from the start? God lives today only because millenia of thinking from the world has generated what he is. He can never be destroyed because people cannot let go. Their minds are simply unprepared to handle the true meaning of existence. Besides all that i personally don't like him. His dumbass rules. Some are meritable, true. But he gives us (men) woman (this is just conjecture assaulting Christian belief, i don't really believe this crap) and makes men like women a lot, and women like men a lot, and then says there's limits to what we can do together. What a dumbass... He knew what he was doin. Makes me wonder if that qualifies for love. (Actually i know it doesn't.) Also, evolution. Back when the Bible was written, they had absolutely no idea that this could be. So they never said anything about it. And now it is proven to be true (the results are debatable, but lifeforms clearly can change and adapt) and it was never mentioned in the Bible. The Bible is wrought with flaws that prove God, a perfect being, could not be responsible for directing its making. It reflects only the limited knowledge possessed at the time plus metaphysics that wholly support God. By the way, the walls of Jericho colapsed in a war 200 years before Christians came along. Carbon Dating, which is extremely accurate, has proven this. So, God lives on only by his belief being placed in children long before they are old enough to reason, and so they accept it as part of their existence. So i say to all of you out there, make your own decision, and do so with a fair mind, as i have. Trust me i researched both sides. I was raised as a Christian and a scientist. I am fully educated in both fields, and have made decision on no bias whatsoever. I wish you to do the same. Author: Jack Smith (abcdefg[ at ]hotmail.com) Date: Mar 21, 2002REPLY: God does not exist

Thank you, Jack! I don't believe that "God" could ever
be "proved." If he is what all those Christians say he is
(which I highly doubt) than he could not, logically, be proved.
Finding logical proof of the existance of God is thoroughly
impossible, for if we found proof of "Him" we would have to find
more than proof. We would have to find an origin. And finding
the origins of such a matter would be a contradiction to life
itself. In the discovery of the supreme being /we/ ourselves
would then be supreme, with our knowledge. And in that sense,
/we/ would be God. The divine existance.
This entire subject matter irks me. It cannot be proved, (or has not thus far, and honestly I see no way that it could wholly be) and to be disproved, so many are hunting for a scientifical,
philosophical, and logical way to prove that there is either a
god or not. for us to understand such a thing, we would be understanding the origin of eternity, which simply brings about
too many contradictions to ever be sorted through in any
of /our/lifetimes. And of course, if we ever did find the
origins of "God," there yet remains the age-old question:
"If there is a God, than who made Him?"
Sure, sure, many people may respond to this message with
something to the point of "No one made Him. He simply is, and
we must have faith in Him, for that is our reason."
Bullcrap! I've been to plenty of churches, and I've felt the
"Holy Spirit," and I've felt just as fulfilled and spiritually
invigorated listening to nice music or writing poetry than
feeling "Him." Ask me, and I'll delve into any philosophical
matter you wish, but in the end (at least with Metaphysics) it
all seems to narrow in on God, or a divine being, and I've
gone NOWHERE with any of it, nor do I wish to. The day I see
Life Itself lad completely out to me in nice even numbers and
black and white is the day I kill myself.
~Emma~ Author: Emily Alias (EvilLittleEmily@hotmail.com) Date: Jul 17, 2002REPLY: Oh, really?
I will try not to say too much here, for I do not wish to wake up
with ten thousand angry e-mails, all with the same words that
as those that I am replying to but rearranged. No, I am /not/
in the mood to be attacked, /thank you/. I will only ask some
simple questions. Truly since you have stated your case so
confidently you must have all f the correct evidence to support
your words, so you should have no problem with my inquiries.
1.) If God does not wish any of us to perish, why is it that "He"
made it so that we all die? I, for one, would not force onto my children laws that said they would all perish if it was my
greatest desire that they did not.
2.) Not so much a question as a statement. An all-knowing,
all-powerful being creates us. He of course knows perfectly well
what was going to happen throughout the course of our existance,
as it is all a part of his plan. So /why/ must we worship him
for all of his sufffering that "He" created and brought onto
Himself? Truly, if He knew perfectly well what was going to
happen and /made/ it happen, it makes no sense that we should
give our lives to him for this fact, and devote our entire beings
and existances to laws that "He" has created. Where does this
make sense? Or is God "above" sense?
3.) Why didn't he just give us eternal life with him to begin
with, if he so desires it? Or is there something even above God,
something that even HE cannot overrule? Why else would HE lay
out such a plan of suffering for HIMself and his creations?
4.) You speak so knowingly of Heaven, stating that it is so
wonderful a place. But have you ever /been/ to Heaven? Have you
ever set foot within the "Pearly Gates?" I somehow doubt it.
Well, in conclusion, what you just gave us were STATEMENTS, with
no evidence to support your ideals and beliefs. Which is just
what they are. Ideals and beliefs with no underlying cause or
reasoning. Utter manure, in my eyes!!! This is a place of
logic and philosophy, of debate, discussion, and discovery. I
believe that such writings as your above fall into none of these
catergories, but are simply a spewing of beliefs lacking reason.
If you wish to proclaim your faith, I suggest a Christian chat.
But until you are ready to write statements AFTER putting forth
your means of coming to these conclusions, I suggest you take
your ramblings elsewhere.
Sincerely and Always Genuinely,
