ANNOTATION:
Legal thought as 'formalization'

Legal thought, including the 'hierarchy' of legal concepts at its 'highest' level ('dogmatik') are, I believe, an intuitive but well suceeded field in which the process of language 'formalization' could be studied, a 'deep' study on how legal scholars tend to develop their concepts is, however, almost yet inexistent (perhaps because legal scholars tend to ignore or 'fear' logic, systems theory, or any kind of 'scientific' approach to 'their own' reality.

What we describe as 'changes' in legal thought or legal theories could be studied in terms of MST Theory!

A similar approach was intended by German Professor Niklas Luhmann since the 70s (trying to apply the concept of 'autopoiesis' to legal system.
