The special need of adding this annotation is beign felt by the author as your truly has concluded a dissertation and then argued its findings in the e-discussions organized by World Bank and UN.The limits to sustianbility considerations has been recognized by many and it has been felt that prescribed operational frameworks in the atheisitc and polytheisitc discourses are not going to help attain a peaceful and just world.Conisderign the significant contributions of the men and women at www.cybernetice.org I would like to suggest the consideration of pure Islamic framwork for shaping the consumption.production and decision patterns.
As a memeber of the international advisory council of the World Computer Exchange I am involved in the the process of bridging the digital divide considering its significant implication for reducung the travel needs globally.I pray for the abundant non-renewbale resources for the same as fossil fuels can not there for all teh tiem in future.The need for global reductio in the consumption of the non-renewable resources has been suggested by a multinational organization called terre des hommes(Germnay) devoted to the realization of teh rights of the hcildren for a world with relative sustaianble consumption and production patterns across the continents.
I have made an active advocacy for the global adoption of rpayer five times a day.I am suggestignthis for the roganization of the work at all places so that amangement considers creatign space for the practice of prayer five times a day.I would like to pray for the consent of all at www.cybernetica.org to consider the same.My suggestion had been agreed by a Green ideologue Craig Hubley who is in allinace with Bill Joy,former advisor to the President Bill Clinton.There is a need to get our acts together for saving Earth in the ways that are possible.Of course all that is warm has to get cold and Allah/God when the universes will be dead for the day of Judgement.Considering all the disocurses ,I have reverted to Islam and its advocacy for the problems that has been created with the dominance of the atheisitic and polytheisitc decision and thought patterns.
Part of my dissertations can be seen for the conceptual organization that are repsonsible for the expression noted here in the annotation.I think it should be a cool and relaxed reading.Please forgive me for the imeediate negative emotions.

I request all the scientist to get rid o the anti-Christian and anti-Islamic propgnada that is done for strenghtening the structure of exploitation,domination and oppression.Lets proclaim the liberation of all in submission to the commands of Allah/God in the specified spiritual and religious domains.
Please consider promoting practice of prayer five times a day at your institute to ebgin with.this is highly benificial psychologically.This can be experimented.Albert Pepitone of University of Pennsylvania has empirically established the importnance of prayer for the comprehensive wellebeing.There is also an urgent need to establish financial rpactices that are free from usury.
