ANNOTATION:
f*ing idiots

You just don't f*ing understand. You are all wrong. My reality is me. And you don't exist. Or am I really just a figment of your imagination. That would mean that your mind is teaching itself ideas greater than itself. You are talking to youself directly. f* you. f*ing answer me. Write your answer on the page.

I don't see why you require an answer from somebody who doesn't exist. If you are your only reality, then you don't need me to answer, you can create one yourself just as well.

REPLY: Hehe...

sophists... they never die...

I wish at least they wouldnt only say stupid things, as always, but as on past, on the good times, they would say it with the art of rhetoric..

REPLY: why sophism?

In my humble opinion, i just donīt see the point of just being me because i exist, my existence is always related to something,in society, social bonds (you know, family, friends, colleagues and so on)are a part of me, not the whole but a significant chunk. If some of the memes i produce while i inhabit this world finds out how to survive long enough, they will talk not just if the idea which they came from, they wolud also talk about the time i lived and the people who lived at the time, well, as i heard, i canīt remember when or where "he only point in the universe where you exist is just this" but, nowadays,i think "maybe i cannot be everywhere in this ever-changing universe but i least i have kind of a consolation that my memes could" (well, sort of)

Cybernetic inmortality is not that brand new to me, ideas like that have been going through my mind sometimes, but i still dare not to attempt to answer that question: "will i still be me?" I have read two very interesting (and kind of intriguing) attempts to answer that question in the past, and they are surprisingly related to the subjects this project deals with, i recommend Douglas Hofstadterīs "A conversation with Einsteinīs Brain" (Included into the book "The Mindīs I") and Greg Eganīs "Permutation city" both are more sci-fi oriented but stand some pretty stimulating points of view.

hoping to hear from you soon

Isaac

REPLY: the 'I'

every year, your 'self' changes. You are the same as a year ago right? You have learned things, you think differently. every day, your 'self' changes. You are the same as a day ago right? You have learned things, you think differently. every hour, your 'self' changes. You are the same as an hour ago right? You have learned things, you think differently. every minute, your 'self' changes. You are the same as a minute ago right? You have learned things, you think differently. every second, your 'self' changes. You are the same as a second ago right? You have lived one second. Every single cells of your body aged one second. Their state changed. Now take the limit of my reasoning... You ARE only at the very present moment. You will be a different person a second after (same for a pico second). So the question 'will I still be me' is not a valid one IMO. I'm not afraid at all of the prospect of death or immortality of any kind.

REPLY: You are you, I am me

In my reality I exist, and no one else does. I live on this earth and everyone else is a figment of my mind, correct? In your reality, at the same point in time as me, you exist, and no one else does, then at the same time we both exist. So there is no you and no one else. Because at the same time I exist, even if, in your opinion, I am alone in my reality. You see that means that your reality in which only you exist is a figment of my perception, too because you don't exist. And as you can see by reading this that doesn't make any sense at all. That means that we are all a part of "someone elses" reality and not our own. Therefore, none of us exist? Come on now. That is hard to swallow.
