What follows your sequence determining levels of consciousness, oh PCC (Principia Cybernetica Collective)? Shall we describe the next level in terms of metasystems or cybernetics? Would integration with co-level systems to enhance agent intelligence qualify as a new level?
A type of meta-awareness, enhancing fitness through interaction with other consciousnesses with similar collective goals, seems the next logical step.
